MPDUs For Sale using
Random Selection Drawings

Below is a listing of current and recent MPDUs available for sale. For more information about the units (addresses, floor plans, interior and exterior features, etc.), click on the Details button.

If you have a current, valid Certificate of Eligibility,1/ and you are interested in buying one of these MPDUs, you may enter the Random Selection Drawing (formerly known as a “lottery”) for an MPDU development any time before 11:59 pm on the date of the Entry Deadline by clicking on the Enter Drawing button. 

If your certificate includes a loan pre-qualification amount, that amount must be at least as much as the minimum listed for the MPDUS in that development. 

In addition, your household size must qualify you for the number of bedrooms in the MPDU:

* 1 person households are only eligible to enter drawings for 2 bedroom condominiums; they are not eligible to enter drawings for townhouses regardless of bedroom size (Executive Regulation 13-05AM)

After the Random Selection Drawing date has passed, click on the Results button.  Certificate numbers of qualifying households will be listed in a randomly selected order.  Households with the most priority points will be listed first. 

If your household size is not a match for the number of bedrooms in the MPDU, or if your loan pre-qualification amount is less than the minimum, your certificate number will not be included in the selection list.  Your number will be listed with other certificate numbers that have been disqualified from the drawing, along with the reason(s).

*NOTE: Drawing for Damascus Park (AGP) originally scheduled for 7/23/2008 has been rescheduled for 7/31/2008 due to error in original listing.  Correct number of bedrooms is 3.  If you've already entered the drawing, you will automatically be included in the 7/31/2008 drawing.

 

1/Certificates expiring on July 31, 2007 will be honored until October 31, 2007, and certificates expiring on January 31, 2008 will be honored until April 30, 2008 to give current certificate holders time to complete the new application procedures.  Click here for more information on the new application procedures.
