To receive a new or renewal application for the MPDU program, you need to attend an MPDU Orientation Seminar.
All MPDU Orientation Seminars will be held at the:

*Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy PLEASE NOTE: When Montgomery County Public Schools close for the day, open late, or cancel after school and evening activities due to bad weather, the MPDU Orientation Seminar and/or Application Session scheduled for that time and date will be cancelled. Please visit the Montgomery County Public Schools website for the latest information on cancellations.
The seminars are held either in the First Floor Auditorium or Third Floor Council Hearing Room. At least one adult member of each household must attend.
Before you attend an Orientation Seminar, you should attend and receive a “Certificate of Completion” from the First-time Home Buyers Class (click here for more information and to register for the First Time Home Buyers class).
Child care is not provided, so please do not bring children to the seminar. One child older than 12 years will be permitted only to act as an interpreter for parents, if necessary. Please include this child in the number of attendees when you register below, along with any other adult household members who will be attending with you.
Click the Register button next to the seminar you wish to attend to sign up for that MPDU Orientation Seminar. Please note that space is limited, and the remaining available seats are shown for each class. If a particular class is full, you must select a different class.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation web page and email with your registration number. Please print the confirmation page and email and keep them for your records. You can use the registration number to cancel your registration online if your are unable to attend.
Persons needing assistance to register for a seminar may call 240-777-3600 between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to register.
Note: If your MPDU Purchase Certificate does not expire until January 31, 2008, you should plan to attend an Orientation Seminar between January and April 2008 (it is not necessary to attend prior to that time because your certificate has been extended until April 30, 2008).
