The Resident Guidebook provides information regarding the rules, requirements, accountability and opportunities of the Pre-Release Center. This Guidebook defines the programs and operations of the Pre-Release and Reentry Services (PRRS) Division.  PRRS residents are responsible for knowing the contents of this Guidebook.  Successful residents understand that these rules exist to protect the integrity of the program and to ensure that the environment at the Pre-Release Center is encouraging, respectful, clean, and family-friendly.   Our zero tolerance for unaccountability, drug and alcohol usage, and criminal and assaultive behavior enables us to provide excellent services for those individuals that are serious and committed to using this program productively.
