After construction of the
patio, using permeable pavers, DEP staff and workers from Fletcher's
removed turf layer; rototilled and removed existing soil; brought in a
soil mix of sand, compost, and top soil; spread and incorporated the
soil mix across the 750 sq. ft. site.; and finally applied a 3" layer
of shredded hardwood mulch.
