Drawing the Line on Underage Drinking (DTL)

 

Drawing the Line on Under 21 Alcohol Use (DTL) is a multi-agency public-private partnership aimed at creating community consensus that underage drinking is unhealthy, illegal and unacceptable.

Program participants include enforcement agencies, public/private schools, Safe and Drug Free Schools, law enforcement, District Court, Department of Liquor Control, Board of License Commissioners, Health and Human Services, Recreation, Highway Safety Office, MADD, Hospitality Industry, Emergency Nurses CARE, PTA, Project Prom/Graduation, Washington Regional Alcohol Program, Family Support Center, I Drive Smart, and Juvenile Justice.
