Chapter 19A Public Ethics Law

To see any Montgomery County law or regulation (not just the Ethics Law), you can click on the  link www.amlegal.com and you will be directed to American Legal Publishing Online Library's website. Select the "Online Library" link, choose Maryland under "Select a state", and click "Montgomery County". At the top of the page you will see a text entry box labeled "Quick Search". Typing "19a" in the text box and clicking on "Search" will bring up a list of every section of the Montgomery Code that contains the text "19a". To bring up the Ethics Law itself, click on the item in the list that says "Chapter 19A. Ethics. [Note]". To bring up the ethics regulations regarding outside employment and financial disclosure, click on "CHAPTER 19A. ETHICS - REGULATIONS".
