GRAB (Graffiti Abatement Partners)

GRaffiti ABatement Partners, Inc. (GRAB) is a not-for-profit private-public partnership supported by the Montgomery County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) that works to eliminate graffiti vandalism in Montgomery County through eradication, education and enforcement strategies. GRAB focuses on removing graffiti immediately and developing long-term strategies with its community, business and government partners to target youth susceptible to at-risk behaviors.
GRAB was established in 1996, promoted by former Montgomery County Councilmembers Betty Ann Krahnke and Marilyn Praisner.
