Mandatory Ethics Training for Executive Branch Public Financial Disclosure Filers

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) has approved the establishment of mandatory ethics training for all executive branch Public Financial Disclosure Filers (“Public Filers”),
so that each filer is trained one hour at least once every three years.  To begin the implementation of this mandatory training, each Public Filer in the executive branch is
required to attend an initial training session.

The Ethics Commission and the Office of Human Resources through Oracle Learning Management (OLM) will track and ensure compliance with the training requirement.
The CAO will be notified of compliance with the requirement as will all agency heads with respect to Public Filers in their respective agencies.
