Commission on Aging

The Commission on Aging (COA) advises the County Executive, County Council, the Department of Health and Human Services, as well as other County departments on the interests, needs and problems facing older adults in Montgomery County.

The Commission  identifies significant issues where its voice on the needs of seniors can make a difference. The COA supports both safety net services for the frail elderly and programs to meet the interests and needs of older adults who want to age in their communities.
