How to Apply
Call 240-777-4195. Walk in service for victims of domestic violence is available at 1301 Piccard Drive, 1st floor, Rockville.
For service using TTY call 240-777-4815.
Services for offenders are available by calling 240-777-4858. Walk in services for offenders are located at 981 Rollins Avenue, Rockville.
Documents To Bring
A staff member will let clients know the necessary documents to bring.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a victim of domestic violence who lives in Montgomery County or an offender who lives in Montgomery County
Fees and Payments
- There is no charge for victim assistance services
- Individual counseling and group counseling services are based on a sliding scale (0-$40) The first session of counseling services is free and subsequent sessions are based on a sliding scale, depending on income. Cash and checks are accepted.
