Urine Monitoring Program (Drug Testing)

Provides urinalysis to clients in support of recovery from substance abuse or as part of evaluation for social service or behavioral health services. Clients receive random or weekly (or twice-weekly) collection and testing of urine for drugs of abuse and breathalyzer for current alcohol use. All samples are collected with direct observation by program staff and are handled in a chain-of-custody to ensure security of samples and validity of results. Services for clients with a referral from a mental health or substance abuse provider are billable to insurance. Clients who do not have insurance or are referred by social service or other agency partners are charged a fee on a sliding scale according to ability to pay. Results may be released to a referral source with signed authorization.
