The Montgomery Cares Program is a group of community-based health care providers that provide medical care to uninsured adults in Montgomery County. The program offers: • Medical check-ups by a doctor/nurse • Sick Visits by a doctor/nurse • Medications • Lab tests • X-Rays • Flu Shots • Access to a Specialist • Access to Behavioral Health Care • Access to Oral Health Care • Other Health programs There are twelve different health care agencies in over twenty-five locations throughout Montgomery County.
