Medical Exams

The objectives of the pre-employment medical exams are to ensure that all candidates for County employment are medically capable of performing their job duties and that they are not placed in positions that can aggravate existing medical conditions or create hazards to themselves or others and to permit maximum accommodation of individuals with disabilities. Please review the the Pre-Employment Exam Information document and complete the Medical History Review Form below before the day of your scheduled appointment.
