DEFINITION OF CLASS
The incumbent of this position is responsible for providing support and customer service for the centralized electronic court recording and audiovisual systems. The incumbent reports directly to the Chief of Technical Services and is ultimately responsible to the Court Administrator.

- Assist customers at the front counter or by telephone in the ordering of transcripts/cassettes and CDs.
- Test all audio equipment including, but not limited to, microphones, amplifiers, speakers, cables, digital recorders on a daily basis for defects.
- Monitor recorded audio, assuring proper sound levels for record/playback.
- Maintain archival restore of digital recorded audio.
- Operation of high-speed duplicators for the preparation of transcript/cassette and CD orders.
- Deliver audio and video equipment to various courtrooms.
- Maintain processing, accounting, calculation and collection of transcript/ cassette and CD orders.
- Lift electronic equipment and other related equipment weighing up to 50 pounds in order to perform the essential functions of this position.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other court personnel.

CIRCUIT COURT LAW LIBRARY AIDE
DEFINITION OF CLASS
The Law Library Aide serves as support staff to the Law Librarian and Assistant Law Librarian. This position is part time composing of two (2), four (4) hour shifts. This position assists in all aspects of the law library. The incumbent reports directly to the Law Librarian, Assistant Law Librarian and is ultimately responsible to the Court Administrator.

- Ability to work independently.
- Proficient in office computer databases.
- Thorough knowledge of all library equipment and computers, including minimal repairs of copiers and facsimile machine.

DEFINITION OF CLASS
The Quality Control Office Assistant reports directly to the Supervisor of Case Management/Quality Control, and is ultimately responsible to the Assistant Court Administrator and Court Administrator. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining quality control of all Circuit Court Civil, Criminal, Family and Juvenile cases.

DEFINITION OF CLASS
The Family Division Master fulfills those tasks delineated by the Annotated Code of Maryland and in accordance with the process as developed in the differentiated case management plan for the Family Division of the Circuit Court. Application for a Family Division Master position is considered by the Circuit Court Bench and upon appointment serves under the direct oversight of the Court Administrator, Administrative Judge and Judge in Charge of the Family Division.

The Drug Court Case Manager/Resource Specialist is responsible for overseeing the ancillary service component of the drug court program. The incumbent reports to the Drug Court Coordinator, Court Administrator and is responsible to the acting Drug Court Judges and/or Judicial Officers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A. degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, criminal justice, behavior management, public health, sociology, corrections or a related field with two years of fieldwork or case management experience to include project or program case management, in the field of addictions, human/family services, health services, public safety, law enforcement or corrections.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Possession of a valid Maryland motor vehicle operator's license for job related duties.
- Must be available to work evening hours.
- Expert knowledge of the community and services to citizens, in general.
