Managing challenges in your life can be difficult whether at home or at work.
This workshop will provide strategies to help you to manage the difficult challenges you face in your daily life and to focus on productive outcomes.

Sandra Van Fossen, M.A., author of Wider Opportunities for Women's workbook, Vision to Action has spent over 25 years as an advocate for women in Washington, DC with both the National Commission on Working Women and Wider Opportunities for Women. She has a Masters Degree in Women Studies and Management from George Washington University. Her leadership work, funded by the Kellogg Foundation, included both design and publication of a leadership curriculum. The material was tested nationally across the United States and internationally in Europe and Asia.
Ms. Van Fossen is a well-known facilitator and speaker on a variety of issues involving women and work and wages, and women's leadership. Currently, she leads workshops at the Montgomery County Commission for Women on Stress Management, Decision-making, and Leadership. She teaches management and leadership development as part of the MBA program at Mt. St. Mary's University's Adult Degree Program in Frederick, Maryland.
