The Montgomery County Council&amp;rsquo;s Transportation, Infrastructure, Energy and Environment Committee (T&amp;amp;E) on Monday, November 16, will discuss its recommendations for tolls on the Intercounty Connector. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The T&amp;amp;E Committee which is chaired by Councilmember Floreen and includes Councilmembers Roger Berliner and George Leventhal, will make recommendations to the full Council which will take up the issue on Tuesday. Comments are due to the Maryland Transportation Administration by November 23. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The proposed toll for cars and 2-axle trucks is $.25 - $.35/mile in peak hours and $.20 - $.30 during off-peak hours.
