Among the musical units will be the Washington Redskins Marching Band and the Bowie State University &amp;ldquo;Symphony of Soul,&amp;rdquo; plus local high school bands. Among others appearing will be units representing the Washington Nationals, plus Almas and Boumi Shrine.
