The Montgomery County Area Agency on Aging, in partnership with the Maryland Department of Aging and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, offers income-eligible households in Montgomery County zero-interest loans to make homes accessible for seniors. The loans, up to a maximum of $10,000, are designed to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain independence and enable them to live in their own homes , or with loved ones for as long as possible.
