  • On June 12, 2009, television broadcast stations that provide an over-the-air analog signal (via antennae) switched the delivery of their signal to a digital format. Households must have a DTV converter box, a television with a digital tuner, or subscriber to cable or satellite service to receive broadcast television signals.
