Economic Development Micro Enterprise Program: Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett, along with representatives from the County’s Department of Economic Development (DED), officially announce the launch of the County’s new Micro enterprise Program, a financial and technical assistance program designed to assist existing “micro enterprises” located throughout the County.
