County Executive Isiah Leggett and Habitat for Humanity Montgomery County Executive Director John Paukstis signed a memorandum of understanding recently to help address the affordable housing crisis.  More than $3 million from the County’s Housing Initiative Fund will be used to purchase foreclosed properties and Habitat for Humanity will place qualified Habitat homeowners in the homes.  See Press Release for more info.
