Rockville Mayor Susan Hoffmann joins (left to right) Schools Superintendent Dr. Jerry Weast, County Executive Isiah Leggett, and King Farm Citizens Assembly president Chris Swann in cutting the ribbon to open Montgomery County’s first workforce housing development, 49 units at King Farm for purchase by teachers, public safety workers, and City and County employees. The opening also marks the first purchase under the County’s expanded “Right of First Refusal” purchase option championed by Leggett to promote affordable housing.  See the Media Advisory for more info.
