Assisted Living for Seniors

The nursing home ombudsman identifies, investigates and resolves complaints made by or on behalf of residents that relate to the action, inaction or decisions in the nursing home that may adversely affect the health, safety, welfare or rights of the residents. The nursing home ombudsman also provides information and assistance to help families make informed decisions before selecting a nursing home. |
