Service Name Description
Bingo License (HHS) Before anyone can operate a bingo game within Montgomery County, they must first obtain a bingo license.
Driver's License - from MVA (Other) Driver's license information and vehicle services.
Enterprise License (HHS) An enterprise license must be obtained prior to operating an amusement park, theater, dance hall, for profit swimming pool, baseball, etc., park, carnival, circus, or roller coaster.
Floodplain, Sediment & Stormwater Control (DPS) Water resource information, maps and permits.
Food Service Facility License (HHS) Required for any person planning to distribute, prepare, handle, or dispense food for public consumption with or without charge.
Hazardous Materials Use Permit (CEX) * If you are a first time applicant, you must complete and submit a “paper” application, chemical inventory, and other supporting documents to obtain a Hazardous Materials Use Permit.
Mobile Food Service Unit License (HHS) Anyone who plans to sell or give away food from a non-fixed location must first obtain a Montgomery County Food Service License. The only exception to the law is the sale of fresh produce or live crustaceans.
New Home Builders License (OCP) Any builder who constructs new homes or acts in the capacity of a building contractor be licensed.

Private Educational Institution License (HHS) Any person desiring to operate a private educational institute in Montgomery County for (5) five or more students at one time, or if there is more than one instructor, must obtain a license.
Radio, Television & Appliance Installation & Repair Registration (OCP) Chapter 38A of the Montgomery County Code requires that any person, firm or corporation that engages in the business, occupation, profession or trade of installing, repairing or maintaining radio and television equipment and electrical appliances be registered.
Raffle License (HHS) Before anyone can operate a raffle within Montgomery County, they must obtain a raffle permit. Only non-profit organizations qualified under Section 501 (c) (3), (4), (7), or (10) of the Internal Revenue Code, Title 26 of the United States Annotated Code may obtain a raffle permit.

Secondhand Personal Property Dealers License (OCP) Any person conducting the business of buying, obtaining, acquiring or receiving secondhand personal property and any person engaged as an auctioneer.
Video Game License & Registration (HHS) The owner of a video game is required to obtain a license for each game operated by the public. The owner of an establishment where video games are operated by the public must register the establishment.
