Summary: Originally planned as 10 townhouses on Woodmont Avenue and Battery Lane, this project will now be the site of a 46 unit condominium development, with a first floor restaurant. The building will peak at approximately 79 feet, surpassing the 65 ft. hight limit currently in place. The Sector Plan allows for the additional height due to the inclusion of MPDUs.
