Computer Savvy Senior Volunteers Wanted

The JCA (Jewish Council for the Aging) has JCA SeniorTech Centers teaching seniors 50+ the use of the computer.  Senior Volunteers are needed to teach, coach and assist at all of our centers.  If you enjoy computers and want to sharpen your skills and meet other “senior computer whiz kids,” this is the place for you.

The classes we teach include: basic introduction, word-processing, graphics, desktop publicizing, photography, internet, e-mail, and much more. 

The JCA SeniorTech Centers are located in Maryland at Asbury Methodist Village, Gaithersburg, MD, the Bethesda Vital Living Center on Edgemoor Lane, Bethesda, MD and B’nai Shalom of Olney in Olney MD.   With a new center opening at Holiday Park (3950 Ferrara Drive, Silver Spring, MD ) in March 2010.
