Summary: A mixed-use project at Fairmont and Woodmont Avenues. Project is 16 stories and will include 118 dwelling units (18 MPDUs), 5,500 sf of retail space and 14,690 sf of restaurant space. Also to include a four-level underground garage holding 168 spaces. Developer expected to improve streetscape along Norfolk and Fairmont Avenues. No timeline yet for project completion.
