Status: The Wentworth House is now open to the public. A Harris Teeter is under construction and will be completed in October.

Summary: The 1.2 million sq ft project is planned for a 32-acre site between Rockville Pike, Marinelli Road and Nebel Street. The project is estimated to cost $850 M and will include mixed residential, retail, five commercial and office buildings. Additional roads will be phased in as buildings are constructed. The new streets will break the development into seven blocks. A public easement (63,000 sq ft) will be located east of the property and the green space will be open to residents as well as the public.
