Summary: The project calls for a maximum of 45,933 gross square feet of development, which includes 41,358 sq ft of multi-family residential uses. A maximum of 20 units will be MPDUs and there will be 4, 575 sq ft of retail space. The applicant will contribute $213,665 to the Bethesda CBD Amenity Fund, for an off-site public amenity. The amenity will be determined at the site plan stage. The project is located within the Parking Lot District and is not required to provide on-site parking. However, the applicant is proposing 30 underground spaces.
