KELDA J.C SIMPSON

Ms. Simpson serves as the member recommended by the Fraternal Order of Police, appointed in 2011.  She previously served on the Board from 1993 to 2000 and again from 2005 to 2011 as a public member.

Ms. Simpson is a Lead Investment Officer in the Quantitative Strategies, Risk & Analytics Department of the World Bank in Washington DC. She is responsible for managing the risk, performance, compliance and reporting teams for the investment portfolios managed internally and externally.  

Ms. Simpson received a B.A. from Colby College, an MBA from the University of New Mexico, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
