JOSEPH ADLER

Mr. Adler, as Director of the Office of Human Resources, holds an ex-officio position on the Board.

As Director of the Office of Human Resources, Mr. Adler has overall responsibility for the administration of human resources management for the 9,000 full/part-time emloyees of the County Government. Prior to joining Montgomery County Government in 2002, Mr. Adler was Director of Personnel and Labor Relations for Prince George's County Government and Secretary of the State of Maryland's Department of Personnel.

Mr. Adler holds a B.A. from The City College of New York and a M.P.A. from Princeton University.
