Montgomery County, Maryland, through its Department of Health and Human Services (the County or DHHS), is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and competent individuals with licensure or entities certified as providers of substance abuse treatment to provide a program of community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services for adults and youth/families who reside in Montgomery County. The County wishes to expand the capacity of existing substance abuse treatment services to consumers who might otherwise not have access to services due to limited health benefits, low income or other socio-economic factors.
