Description of Registrant Crimes

In the Sex Offender Registry a description of offense is given for each registrant. The following links will display selected Sections of the Maryland Criminal Law Article which pertain to these offenses.

3-601. Sexual child abuse
3-303. First degree rape
3-304. Second degree rape
3-305. First degree sexual offense
3-306. Second degree sexual offense
3-307. Third degree sexual offense
3-308. Fourth degree sexual offense (Court Ordered)
3-309-3-312. Attempted rape or sexual offense
