NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT SOLICITATION Montgomery County proposes the use of the Federal grant funds received under the Omnibus Fiscal Year 2007 Appropriation Act, Title II, Subtitle A, Section 201 and 500 which provides for the establishment and funding for the implementation of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program.

The proposed use of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program grant to be received by Montgomery County Government is for the following:
