Holiday Park is Montgomery County's largest senior center serving approximately 500-600 adults over the age of 55, daily. There are numerous drop-in and registration required programs offered. Drop-in activities include health and wellness lectures, travelogues, managing your finances, and musical performances, just to name a few.

Our activity rooms and adult education room house a variety of social and enrichment programs, including literature and writing classes, discussion groups, card and board games, and special interest seminars and training's. If you are interested in keeping up with today's technology, we have a computer lab that offer on-going training which require pre-registration. We have a billiard room for shooting pool and a ping pong table. Our multi-purpose room is used for a variety of fitness, dance, and aerobic exercise classes, and also for large special events and programs of particular interest to senior adults. To meet your creative needs we have a ceramic studio. If you would like to cultivate your 'green' thumb, stop by our plant room.

A recent addition to our many fitness classes is our exercise room; equipment includes two elliptical cross trainers, exercise bikes and a treadmill. Most of our exercise classes including aerobics, bone building, yoga and tai chi require pre-registration, but repeat on a 6-10 week cycle so that newcomers can quickly join our programs. Also, be sure to stop by our health clinic! We have a registered nurse on duty from 10-3 Mon.-Thur. To discuss any health concern you might have.

A variety of instructional classes are offered in the dance room. Or, if you're looking for places to relax, visit our snack bar, lobby or lounge, browse in our gift shop or just sit and read in the library. We have a conference room used for community meetings, lectures, and seminars, and a dining room that serves over 100 meals per day through the federally funded nutrition lunch program.

Holiday Park is centrally located in Montgomery County and serves as a resource facility for many ethnic groups. Senior adults in ethnic groups, wellness support groups and special interest groups that use our center for meetings soon find their way to the many exciting and enriching activities open to all.
