The Mid-County Service Center links the 220,000 citizens and businesses located in the Aspen Hill, Forest Glen, Kemp Mill, Kensington, Olney, Upper Rock Creek, and Wheaton Planning Areas with the Montgomery County Maryland governmental Departments and Agencies.
