The Open Mike is an electronic monthly newsletter made available by Councilmember Knapp as a way of informing residents not only of council actions, but also of activities taking place in and around the Upcounty.  The Open Mike is available online, and is also e-mailed to subscribers who have signed up for the Council's e-subscription service and indicated they would like to receive information on County Council District 2.
