The cost for residential, County-provided refuse collection is detailed on the Solid Waste Charge pages. Please note that this collection fee is for pickup only; the Solid Waste Charge includes a separate Disposal Fee component.

Residential property owners whose homes receive County-provided refuse collection service pay for this service through the Solid Waste Charge. The Solid Waste Charge is billed via the annual Property Tax bill.

Requests for refunds for service suspensions to property unoccupied for a minimum of sixty (60) consecutive days must be submitted in writing seven (7) days before the property becomes unoccupied.  A second letter must be submitted upon the return of the occupant to start the process of the refund.
