On the Inner and Outer Loops of the Capital Beltway (I-495) between University Blvd. (MD.193) and New Hampshire Ave. (MD.650) for roadwork on the bridge over Northwest Branch.
White Ground Rd is closed at Schaeffer Rd for Bridge work from 8/1/2011 to 3/1/2012, blocking all through lanes, please follow the detour signs that are posted.
On East Gude Dr. between Crabbs Branch Way and Frederick Rd. (MD.355) in the westbound center lane to re-deck the bridge over the CSX railroad tracks.
Colonial Lane between Ripley St. and Silver Spring Ave blocking all through lanes starting July 18, 2011 until March 18, 2012.

Watch for the construction of the new Silver Spring Transit Center at Colesville Rd. and Wayne Ave., bus operations have been moved to the on street stops. New signs throughout the area around the Transit Center display maps showing the location of Ride On, Metro, VanGo, MTA Commuter and the University of Maryland shuttle bus stops. These maps also show the locations of the Commuter Store, Taxi Stand, Kiss & Ride area, Parking, Silver Spring Metrorail station and the MARC Brunswick Line Silver Spring Station. New bus stop signs, shelters and other amenities have also been added throughout the area around the Transit Center. For more information, go to www.montgomerycountymd.gov/sstc.
