Increased Security at Ride On

Due to the recent bombings in London, Ride On and Metro are increasing our security efforts. All Ride On buses are being checked thoroughly and frequently for any suspicious packages or tampering. Metro has deployed special response teams and bomb sniffing dogs and have increased their police patrols. Transit officials within the Metropolitan area are in constant communication with each other and with Emergency Management personnel and are coordinating our efforts in order tomaintain the highest level of security possible.

Please help us keep you safe - remember to take your packages with you. If you see anything suspicious, please let your bus operator or station manager know or call our special transit security hotline at 240-777-5835.
