The Human Resources Section is responsible for a variety of
personnel management functions within the DFRS. All administrative
activities associated with the implementation of Montgomery County
and DFRS personnel recruiting, hiring, and employment rules and
regulations are performed by this DFRS Division. Located within
the Human Resources Division are the Department's Equal Employment
Opportunity and Affirmative Action programs, Labor Relations and
other personnel functions.
