GIS Data Products License Agreement
This agreement is necessary to obtain GIS data from Montgomery County Government.

Data Orders
To order GIS data from Montgomery County Government, please follow the procedure below:

1. Use the Data Catalog and Shopping Cart to select an available County GIS data set(s), add it to your shopping cart, and generate a printable data order form.
2. Print the GIS Data Order Form using your browser and sign it.
3. Print and sign the GIS Data Products License Agreement (PDF)
4. Send the GIS Data Order Form and the GIS Data License Agreement with full payment (check or money order) to the Montgomery County Department of Technology Services - GIS mailing address care of Apollo Teng (GIS Manager). Data will be delivered after full payment has been received.
