Montgomery County's new Community-based Case Management Service (CCMS) provides case management services to resolve personal health, housing, and other issues that may be barriers to treatment engagement and participation CCMS accepts referrals from within Behavioral Health & Crisis Services for adults with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders and other impairments. Engagement and participation in a primary treatment program is the main goal for consumers involved with CCMS.

 Crisis Residential Alternative to Hospitalization for Adults

This program, operated by St. Luke's House, Inc., is licensed as a residential crisis facility that is designed to be a crisis residential alternative to hospitalization for adults. The program has an 8-bed capacity. To access services, call the program to see if a bed is available, and then call MAPS-MD for authorization.
