The programs provided by these two providers, links young adults with treatment, rehabilitation, educational services, and treatment through the public mental health system. Consumers may also be connected to other TAY services such as Career Transitions or Supported Education. For these young adults who are still pursuing secondary education, this program works with County public schools regarding their educational program.
