	Early Childhood Services - Department of Health and Human Services ChildLink     Goal To provide parents and caregivers with resources and information about services and linkages to programs that are available to assist them with children birth to age five.     Target Population and Eligibility Criteria Parents and caregivers, including child care providers, in Montgomery County.   Services Provided ChildLink serves as an entry point to services for young children, and it functions as a triage system for assistance. Callers may receive simple referrals, consultation on child development or parenting issues, or linkages and follow up for families presenting more complex or at risk situations which would require early intervention services.   Access Information 240-777-GROW (240-777-4769)     Site Map
