Goal

Bullet

Child protection and continuing services that maintain child safety and family stability. Provision of a temporary plan of care when the child's safety cannot be ensured in his/her current living situation.
   
Target Population and Eligibility Criteria

Bullet

All children who are believed to be abused or neglected and any requests for Foster Care, Adoption or Family Preservation Services.
 
Services Provided
Bullet
Investigations of child abuse or neglect allegations, crisis intervention and linkage to community resources.
Bullet
In-home and case management services that are time limited and targeted towards preserving the family unit and alleviating the conditions that initiated Child Welfare Services involvement. Welfare services
Bullet
Family reunification services, when out of home placement is necessary, with the focus on long term stability and safety for the child.
Bullet
Independent Living and Adoption services.
