Plan Review

Are you planning to open a new food service facility, make alterations to an existing food service facility, convert an existing structure to a food service facility, or purchase additional equipment?

There are certain procedures that must be done before approval can be granted. The following information is intended to aid you in the approval process. Answering the questions and following the suggestions will enable you to begin operation as soon as possible. Please allow fourteen (14) working days for the initial review of plans.
