"To improve the well-being of children and their families through a collaborative delivery of school-based services that address the social, economic, health, and emotional issues that interfere with the academic success of a child."

While funding from the public sector provides the foundation for Linkages clinical and case management services, our school-based programs depend upon the involvement of and financial commitment from individuals, faith and community groups, businesses, and charitable organizations to meet many family needs, and to augment Linkages prevention services.

Your gift, whether large or small, brings hope for the many needy children and adolescents we serve. At your request, the donation will be directed to support an individual Linkages school or help a specific community. Some ways we have utilized past gifts include:

• Supporting Literacy Initiatives (Linkages to the Library; English classes for adults; tutoring programs for children)
• Funding Family Emergency Needs, helping to maintain family unity and preventing homelessness (partial rent payments; utility bills; funeral expenses)
• Sponsoring Special Prevention Programs (Family violence education; health fairs; therapeutic recreation outings)
• Funding Gaps in Services (Dental care; coordinating summer programs; adult education and job skills training)
• Supporting Children's Needs (Summer camp scholarships; providing school supplies; child care)

With your help, Linkages children and families will be offered the opportunity to move toward self-sufficiency, academic success and brighter futures!
