Effective July 1, 2007 new performance plans for Management Leadership Service and General Salary Schedule must be created in ePerform. This fiscal year the timeframe for creating a performance plan for Management Leadership Service and General Salary Schedule employees has been extended from within 30 days and 45 days after the new review period begins to within 90 days after the new review period begins.

What is Performance Matters!
The Performance Matters! Initiative is the overall concept for performance improvements at every level of the organization. The implementation of Performance based pay plan for non-bargaining unit employees is part of an ongoing effort initiated by the County Executive.

What is ePerform?
ePerform is an online human resources information technology application and the centerpiece of Montgomery County’s Performance Matters! Initiative. ePerform consists of two key modules: performance management and compensation.
