Workforce Performance Management (WPM)


What is Workforce Performance Management?
The systematic process by which an organization involves its employees in improving the organization’s effectiveness and accomplishing the organization’s mission and goals. It facilitates the alignment of the County’s priority objectives to Department Objectives and subsequently employee objectives. It covers the entire process of establishing expectations, monitoring progress, and providing employees and teams with feedback and ratings on the level of performance achieved.
